- Makes outbound calls to raw/database leads.
- Introduces the project, gauges interest, qualifies on budget-timeline-intent, and books site visits or RM callbacks.
- Handles basic objections using scripts. Updates CRM after every call.
- Language-segmented: Odia callers for local leads, Hindi for migrant/investor leads, and English/bilingual for NRI and premium inquiries.
- Supervises the telecalling team's daily calling activity.
- Sets daily targets, monitors call quality via call recordings, and conducts coaching sessions.
- Maintains the calling roster and lead allocation.
- Reports conversion metrics (connected calls, qualified leads, and site visit commitments) to the sales manager.
- Handles script adherence and escalates hot leads to RMs.
- Conducts structured onboarding training for all sales-facing rolesRMs
- Telecallers,

- Delivers role-specific modules covering product knowledge, sales process, objection handling, site visit etiquette, and luxury client behavior.
- Runs role-play sessions, mock calls, and live assessments.
- Provides individual feedback reports for each team member.
- Ensures the full team is sales-ready before go-live.
