J.P. Morgan Asset Management (JPMAM) is continuously seeking to enhance the range of strategies offered to meet the increasingly sophisticated investment requirements of our clients, through either the launch of new products or employing our investment expertise to shape existing products for the impact of new developments. Our product development departments follow a rigorous process to determine the product launches, involving the participation and agreement of senior business managers, within a framework of rigor and governance. Initiation, Design and Business Case Approval Development Regulatory and Implementation. As an Associate in EMEA Product Development Investment and Product Line Oversight within J.P. Morgan Asset Management, you will be instrumental in enhancing our range of strategies to meet our clients' sophisticated investment requirements. You will be involved in the launch of new products and shaping existing ones to accommodate new developments. Your role will involve supporting the team in delivering standardized and custom reporting on our asset management and competitor products. You will also be responsible for regulatory and strategic project-related tasks. This role offers the opportunity to work independently and as part of a global team, presenting to senior management and governance committees, and utilizing qualitative and quantitative tools to analyze and interpret complex data. Job Responsibilities Producing standardized monthly/quarterly performance reports (both Excel and PowerPoint) to be used across the business in various key committee, boards and meetings Partnering with various business groups across functions to execute key priorities, such as automation of reporting, data visualization, and dashboard creation Complete ad hoc requests across the Global Product Strategy & Product Development Team as it relates to JPMAM product performance, fee analysis, investment outcomes (i.e. style or risk analysis) and other ad hoc related reporting Present the details to a senior management and governance committees. Understand complex data files and be able to navigate them with ease Utilize qualitative and quantitative tools to analyze, synthesize and interpret information Work independently, confidence to complete projects proactively, prioritize work, meet tight deadlines, and possess strong attention to detail. Work successfully and efficiently in a global team-based environment Required qualifications, capabilities and skills Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Risk, Statistics, Economics or similar disciplines. Minimum 4 years' experience in Investment Funds' Performance Analysis, Data Analysis, or other quantitative roles with a background in Asset Management Capable of producing data analytics and interpreting various product elements such as performance fees, competitive analysis and benchmarking Expertise with Excel (e.g., managing large amounts of data, data manipulation using pivot tables, formulas, etc.). Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills CFA designation or progress towards a plus Knowledge of investment products (inc. Mutual Funds (i.e. SICAVs & OEICs), ETFs and Investment Trusts) Knowledge of Morningstar Direct use and reporting Knowledge of Tableau and Python will be a plus
