- Operational support for Data & Analytics Production Services,ensuring 16x7 support coverage, incident response, monitoring, and first‑level troubleshooting.
- This role acts as the first point of contact for production incidents, alerts, and service requests, with a strong focus on application stability, adherence to runbooks, SLA compliance, and escalation management.
- Respond to alerts, incidents, and service requests as per defined SLAs.
- Conduct initial triage, impact assessment, and troubleshooting.
- Execute standard operating procedures (SOPs) and runbooks for known issues.
- Escalate incidents to technical operations, Product, DBA, Infra, or Vendor teams with clear diagnostics and evidence.
- Execute Application Upgrades, Go- Live Cutovers & DR testing.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Technology with minimum 3 years of experience in Application Support
- Expertise in Linux/Unix based application & Jenkins
- Understanding in SQL commands & basic shell scripting. (Python is add-on)
- Understanding & usage of monitoring tools Grafana, Ops Ramp & New Relic
- Good in documentation and to utilize the bank AI approved tool.
- Keen to learn new technology and out of box thinking.
- Available to work in Shifts & Weekends.
