- Manage and forecast a sales pipeline on your own
- Present Plum to CXOs & senior executives in client meetings
- Communicate constantly with marketing and pre-sales to improve the quality of the sale pipeline
- Navigate through complex sales cycles with some of the most prestigious companies in India
- Ensure a high level of responsiveness with prospects through the sales process
- Proactively source new leads and new business opportunities, with the support of the sales development and marketing functions
- Research accounts to understand the need, enable effective follow-up, and generate interest
- Become an expert in insurance, CRM systems, and our product suite
- At least 3-7 years of sales experience; preferably at a fast-growing BFSI/SaaS startup/consulting
- A track record for exceeding targets in sales, ideally in start-up, or 3+ years in a high-performing professional environment
- The ability to work with targets and timelines
- The ability to communicate complex ideas & product in a simple, compelling way
- The presentability to execute highly credible and articulate face-to-face, over the phone, and email conversations
- A highly professional and results obsessed outlook
- A high degree of coachability and great listening skills
