An amazing number, but we're always looking for new ways to continue making a difference, and new people to make a difference with.How you'll spend your dayOversee a global team responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise server infrastructure. ensure high availability, performance, and security of systems supporting mission-critical applications across multiple data centres and cloud environments.Your experience and qualifications
  • Lead the administration and lifecycle management of Windows Server, Linux, and Citrix environments.
  • Oversee patching, upgrades, and performance tuning across platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with processes for incident, change, and problem management.
  • Manage and mentor a distributed team of system administrators and engineers.
  • Define team goals, conduct performance reviews, and foster professional development.
  • Coordinate 24/7 support coverage and on-call rotations
  • Drive infrastructure modernization initiatives (e.g., automation).
  • Collaborate with architecture, security, and application teams to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Lead root cause analysis and resolution of critical incidents.
  • Develop and maintain SLAs, SOPs, and capacity plans.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure adherence to security policies, compliance standards, and audit requirements
