This is a place where you can make a world of difference. Role Responsibilities:

Works with local team in India, as well as other APAC entities to identify diesel engine fuel and lube opportunities, support/ pursuit of target customers and opportunities (Business development).
Partners with sales and engineering teams to align on and articulate our value message with our customers.
Delivers customer facing technology and product presentations, works trade shows booths, as well provide training to sales and engineering teams as local product and technology expert.
Brings Voice of customer back (from customer visits, market analysis of region) as an integral part of our global Product Management Team to provide directional input to maintain a global perspective.
Develops strong relationships with local sales, engineering and operations teams to be able to effectively execute and influence program outcomes, ensures program status is communicated, program risks are identified and mitigated.
Works with Application Engineering and Sales teams to ensure correct technology and product application is being applied (Application Engineering support).

Education Qualification:

Mechanical Engineer Degree or equivalent experience
A minimum 3-5 years' Project or Product or Program Management experience
Minimum 3 years’ experience actively working with global teams

Technical Competence & Skills:

Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative nature
Solid technical/ mechanical aptitude
Proven planning, organization, and prioritization skills
Ability to instill trust and influence across all levels
Strong business acumen

Others (Travel, Language and etc ):

Strong professional communication skill, excellent written and verbal English
Traveling up to 15% Domestically or Internationally
