- Conduct in-depth research to identify target accounts and key decision-makers.- Use Salesforce and other tools to analyze account data and prioritize outreach efforts.- Build ROI models to showcase the value of Plum's solutions to high-potential accounts.Outbound Prospecting & Engagement
- Engage with senior leaders through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate new business.- Tailor your outreach strategy to meet the unique needs of each target account.- Run effective campaigns targeting CXOs, VPs, and other senior stakeholders to drive qualified opportunities.Collaboration & Strategy Alignment
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to align outreach strategies and create impactful campaigns.- Ensure smooth handover of qualified leads to the sales team, maintaining clear communication.- Share insights and feedback to continuously improve sales and marketing efforts.Tracking & Reporting
- Use Salesforce and sales engagement tools to track performance and analyze results.- Regularly review outreach efforts, conversion rates, and pipeline quality to refine strategies.What You Bring:3-5 years of B2B marketing/sales development experience, with a strong background in outbound prospecting or ABM.Strong cold calling, emailing, and social selling skills, especially with C-level executives.Proficiency in Salesforce, CRM tools, and sales engagement platforms.Solid understanding of ABM strategies and the ability to engage senior decision-makers effectively.Excellent collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams.Experience using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach.io, and Lusha.
