We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Manager to oversee and manage the organization’s financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, compliance with statutory requirements, and efficient management of accounting processes. Candidates with prior experience in the service industry, preferably in the events industry, will be preferred.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end accounting operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliation
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure timely closure of books and accurate financial reporting
- Handle GST, TDS, and Income Tax filings, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations
- Coordinate and manage internal and external audits
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting activities
- Maintain proper documentation and financial records
- Liaise with banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities
- Implement and improve financial processes and controls
- Provide MIS reports and financial insights for management decision-making
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Expertise in GST, TDS, and taxation compliance
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Zoho, SAP, or similar ERP systems)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage responsibilities independently
