  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university/college.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, is a must.
Knowledge:
  • Strong understanding of retail store operations.
  • Selling and customer service expertise.
  • Knowledge of jewelry categories (Gold, Diamond, Platinum, Silver) will be an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with MIS reporting.
Skills:
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and regional language.
  • Proficiency in POS systems, ERP, or SAP.
  • Advanced Excel and spreadsheet handling skills.
  • Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
Experience:
  • 4–5 years of relevant experience in front-end retail operations at Assistant Manager/Store Manager level, preferably with an established retail brand.
  • Hands-on experience in customer queries and grievance handling.

Key Responsibilities (KRA/KPI):
  • Communicate effectively with customers and provide complete product details.
  • Influence and sell jewelry across categories while addressing customer queries.
  • Manage customer follow-ups to build lasting relationships.
  • Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards are consistently maintained.
  • Handle payment transactions and merchandise delivery preparation.
  • Contribute to overall team goals and sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and anticipate customer demand.
  • Prepare sales and customer relations reports; analyze feedback and resolve complaints.
  • Retain existing customers and attract new ones.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth store operations.
  • Work on ERP systems and retail platforms such as Magento, Ameo, etc.
