We are looking for a Lead UX/UI Designer who will be the creative force behind our digital products—designing intuitive, visually stunning, and user-friendly experiences for a global audience. You’ll blend strategic thinking with hands-on design, leading UX efforts while collaborating with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to build exceptional financial experiences.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead user research, persona creation, and journey mapping.
  • Design wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI for fintech products.
  • Build and evolve a scalable design system ensuring consistency.
  • Conduct usability testing and translate feedback into improvements.
  • Ensure accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
Required Experience
  • 7+ years of UX/UI experience with a strong portfolio (fintech/trading preferred).
  • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
  • Experience creating and maintaining design systems.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design, usability, and accessibility.
  • Ability to simplify complex financial concepts into elegant designs.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
