The Area Sales Manager is responsible for achieving sales targets, maintaining and expanding customer base, conducting market research, identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with Architects, Contractors, Interior Designers and dealers, and managing sales team. Qualifications Sales, Business Development, and Account Management skills Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Ability to lead and manage a sales team Market Research and Analysis skills Strong customer focus and relationship building skills 8+years of experience in the flooring industry or related industry is a plus Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
