- Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with technical teams, architects, and stakeholders to thoroughly understand current (as-is) and future (to-be) state requirements for M365, Email, OneDrive, and SharePoint environments.
- Documentation Development: Lead the creation of comprehensive "as designed" documentation, detailing the planned architecture, configurations, and migration strategies.
- "As Built" Documentation: Develop precise "as built" documentation, capturing the final implementation details, configurations, and any deviations from the original design during the migration.
- Migration Support: Provide analytical support to the migration team, identifying potential issues, documenting solutions, and ensuring that all technical changes are accurately recorded.
- Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate effective communication between technical teams, project management, and business stakeholders, translating complex technical information into understandable documentation and reports.
- Engagement & Autonomy: Operate as a highly engaged and self-sufficient professional, driving documentation efforts independently while ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Best Practices: Contribute to and promote best practices for documentation, information architecture, and knowledge management within the project.
- Security & Compliance: Work closely with data privacy and security teams to ensure documentation reflects and supports all relevant security and compliance requirements.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on IT infrastructure, systems, or enterprise-level software implementations.
- M365 Expertise: Proven deep understanding and hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange Online (Email), OneDrive for Business, and SharePoint Online.
- Tenant Migrations: Demonstrated experience in documenting and supporting tenant-to-tenant or large-scale M365/SharePoint migrations.
- Documentation Prowess: Exceptional ability to produce clear, concise, and accurate technical and functional documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and process flows.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to dissect complex technical challenges and translate them into structured documentation.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with technical personnel, business users, and senior leadership.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, take initiative, and manage multiple documentation streams concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
- Engagement: Highly engaged and proactive in identifying documentation needs and contributing to overall project success.
- Experience working on large-scale IT projects similar to Chemocentrics (CXI/CCXI), Five Prime, or Horizon migrations, specifically those involving M365 environments.
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) or relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert).
- Experience with documentation tools and platforms (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint sites for documentation).
