Job Description :We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic ServiceNow Lead Solution Consultant to spearhead the design and architecture of a greenfield workflow automation solution. This critical role will be the technical and functional leader for our project, guiding the team in leveraging the ServiceNow Yokohama release to transform our client's Concept to Market business process.Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the principal architect and subject matter expert for the ServiceNow solution.
  • Lead the technical design and architectural planning, ensuring the solution is scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Work closely with the Program Manager and Business Analysts to translate high-level business requirements into a comprehensive technical design.
  • Guide and mentor the development team (including workflow, integration, UI, and Now Assist consultants) on best practices, platform capabilities, and technical solutions.
  • Conduct solution design workshops and presentations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Evaluate and recommend the most effective use of ServiceNow's platform features, including App Engine, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, UI Builder, and Now Assist.
  • Act as the technical liaison between the project team and the client's internal IT and business teams.
  • Oversee solution quality, performance, and adherence to ServiceNow best practices.
RequirementsQualifications:
  • Extensive experience (8+ years) as a ServiceNow Solution Architect or Lead Consultant on large-scale, complex projects.
  • Deep and comprehensive knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, with a strong understanding of its architecture, data model, and development frameworks.
  • Proven expertise in designing and implementing custom applications and workflows using App Engine, Flow Designer, and Workflow Builder.
  • Strong knowledge of integration patterns and best practices, specifically with Integration Hub.
  • Experience with UI Builder and creating modern user experiences on the platform.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML capabilities, specifically with ServiceNow's Now Assist suite.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to present complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
  • ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect or Certified Application Developer is highly desirable.
  • Experience with the ServiceNow Yokohama release is a significant advantage
