The faculty member is required to plan and make complete preparation well in advance to effectively teach the theory and practical courses. He/she should prepare the schedule of lectures with topics, tests, assignments, demonstrations, screening of video or PowerPoint presentations, etc., in advance and the students should be informed of the same. He/She is also required to provide his/her full support in organizing various events and programs on the campus. Making teaching more effective and interesting to the students by the use of multimedia or the latest digital platforms teaching aids. Interest in online learning and integration of technology into teaching is encouraged. Familiarity working with G Suite Applications Requirements 3-4 years of experience in teaching in Universities/Colleges. Industry experience would be an addition.
