- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in system architecture and code comprehension reading in one programming language (Java, C++, Python, etc.).
- 5 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.
- Experience with relational databases including SQL queries, database definition, and schema design. Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools including Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI.
- Master’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience creating dashboards, manipulating datasets, and performing data analysis using SQL and data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, Data Studio, etc.).
- Experience working with product adoption, business, or media consumption data, and working with Python-based APIs and utilities.
- Experience with one or more programming languages (Python, Java, C++, etc.) to deliver or manage data pipelines.
- Experience converting business requests into technical requirements for insightful data products. Experience deploying data products, including working cross-functionally to deliver products and tailored communications to drive adoption.
- Lead the end-to-end development and deployment of centralized, reports, dashboards, models, and tools to analyze and present data related to partner management, creator and consumer support.
- Collaborate with Partnerships, Consumer and Creator Support Operations, and Go-to-Market (GTM) teams to identify key business questions and process pain points where data products can enhance YouTube's GTM outcomes. Translate ambiguous business requests into technical requirements for insightful data products.
- Deliver and contribute to a prioritized roadmap, working cross-functionally with Data Infrastructure (DI) and Engineering to release product features that empower stakeholders to improve YouTube's support outcomes.
- Deliver data products to Partner Management and User Support teams to drive better decision-making. Assist in creating Key Performance Indicators and key results for the YouTube Business Organization, and provide strategic and operational recommendations to achieve goals.
