Company Description Aashritha Charitable Trust is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to serving disadvantaged and marginalized populations in Vijayawada. Our mission is to provide hope and compassion to those who need it most. We operate an Old Age Home that provides accommodation, sustenance, and activities for seniors, and we also undertake regular 'Annadaanam' events to distribute food and clean water to the needy. As part of our humanitarian efforts, we also arrange financial assistance, uniforms and stationery supplies to underprivileged children. Role Description This is a hybrid internship role for a Social Media Marketing Intern. The intern will be responsible for creating and curating social media content, developing digital marketing strategies, communicating with stakeholders, and executing social media campaigns. The intern will work primarily in our Vijayawada office but flexibility for some remote work is acceptable. . Responsibilities 1. Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. 2. Create compelling and impactful content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn. 3. Monitor social media channels for trending topics and opportunities to engage with the community. 4. Schedule and publish content according to a content calendar to maintain a consistent online presence. 5. Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster meaningful interactions. 6. Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and execute social media campaigns and initiatives. 7. Track and analyze social media performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights. 8. Stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to continually optimize our social media presence. 9. Get involve in various charity events/ programs organised by our NGO. Qualifications 1. Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation skills. 2. Digital Marketing and Marketing skills. 3. Communication skills, including excellent writing and speaking abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members. 5. Passion for social justice and humanitarian causes. 6. Experience with graphic design and video editing software is a plus. 7. Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in marketing, communications, or related field Benefits 1.
