Job Description:
- Manage the Branch’s in terms of Sales, Branch operations and administration.
- Deliver UCV, Advances growth, by managing disbursement as per Business Plan, Product mix and WIRR
- Build a high Quality Loan portfolio
- New Initiatives: Process/ People / Product/ Training & Hand holding the team
- Track and Ensure Repayments of the Loan disbursed
- Maintain Manage & Deliver SO Productivity
- Enable sales team to high performance and be a team player
- To Build and Nurture team & enable them to achieve high performance
- Manage Administrative smooth functioning of the branch
- Develop more channels for sourcing business in USED CV penetration by building strong relationship with DSA/DSE.
- PDD tracking for loan disbursed
- Monitor and manager manpower at branch as per capacity
- Ensure good quality loan portfolio by closely following up on the first 12 months repayments
- Manage and monitor the portfolio quality and follow up with ED cases for timely resolution
- Ensure First time Right [FTR] for all the cases sourced with NIL queries & disbursement without any queries at CPC
