Job Description & Benefits : Job Purpose: To have basic knowledge on water treatment related Unit operations and Mechanical & Operational spare requirements for day-to-day operations like pumps, valves, filters, membranes etc., and generate enquires for new projects and spare requirements for existing systems and new systems. He / She has to drive the pumps and spare business segments across South India for different Industrial, Commercial & Institutional segments and develop business with direct customers across all industrial segments (Food & Beverages, Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals, Commercial Buildings, Steel Industry & Automotives), original equipment manufacturers (OEM s) & others. He / She should be able to independently generate enquiry and drive the business to generate the revenue. Job Title: Sales & Service - Pumps & Spares Job Location: Based out of Tamilnadu with travel to customer locations across South India. Requirement Skills and Qualifications: Degree in B. Sc/M. Sc / B.E./B. Tech Preferred candidates with minimum of 1-to-2-year experience in Sales & Service of spares and pumps. Having good market knowledge on pumps and spares related to industrial operation across South India. Preferrable in Water related spares. Technical and Commercial Proposal knowledge Good attitude with willingness to learn and adapt quickly. Excellent team player. Problem solving and critical thinking skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills with internal teams as well as customers. Working knowledge in Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc). Able to travel across South India to various customer locations. Roles and Responsibilities: Generating enquiries Customer & Opportunity mapping Drive Sales and Service across South India Preparing Technical and commercial proposals Communicate with internal teams as well as customers on the findings of the systems via reports and drive the expected follow up actions Follow up proactively with customers to ensure efficient action plan implementation. Identify possible improvement areas during customer visits and discuss with internal teams on the strategy to generate new revenue streams
