Introduction: . To define and document test cases based on requirements, upgrading existing test cases to system changes, defining and executing regression test cases . Develop automated test scripts using ATF (Automated Test Framework) & Automate Proas the main testing tools. . Ability to recognize defects and issues and reporting proactively. . Work collaboratively with the stakeholders, development team and BA's What will you be doing . Defining, documenting and executing test cases independently based on requirements for ITIL Processes. (Change Management/ Incident/Problem/CMDB) . Ability to recognize potential and actual issues proactively and ability to find defects and keep track of them. . Close collaboration with Business Analysts, Solution architects and Developers on requirements and associated functionality. . Exposure to SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), Agile methodology, Testing Concepts (Black Box testing, System Testing, Acceptance Testing, Regression testing, Stress testing, Automation testing, etc.) . Provide testing expertise and coach/mentor the testing team around best practices in quality assurance methodologies, practices and techniques (this includes more junior Quality Assurance Analysts). . Take respective ownership as an individual contributor throughout the project lifecycle . Exposure to Automated Test Framework tool (ServiceNow) or any automation tool like Selenium , QTP etc. What we're looking for: . Minimum Experience of 4+ years testing various modules within ServiceNow (e.g. Change, Incident, Knowledge, Problem, CMDB, Integrations) Keep Management updated of progress or report issues . Knowledge of workflows in various ITSM modules (Incident, Change, Problem, Service Catalogue, IT Asset Management, CMDB) . Excellent knowledge on ATF (Automated Test Framework) or any automation tool . Excellent written and verbal communication skills . Demonstrate strong ability to evaluate constraints, risks and dependencies. Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude .
