  • Lead the design and development of enterprise-grade applications using Java, Python, and modern frameworks, ensuring performance, scalability, and security.
  • Architect and deliver cloud-native solutions leveraging platforms such as AWS.
  • Automate operational processes through Shell scripting and integration with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Implement Identity and Access Management (IAM) and API security solutions using tools such as ForgeRock, Kong, and OIDC.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, ensuring efficient and reliable delivery of applications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.
  • Document and present system architectures using Draw.io, ensuring clarity and stakeholder alignment.
  • Ensure system integration and interoperability across multiple platforms and services.
  • Conduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and foster a culture of technical excellence.
  • Engage in troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production support for mission-critical applications.
Mandatory Skills:
  • Strong expertise in Java.
  • Over 10 years of enterprise application development experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Python for backend services, scripting, and automation.
  • Proficiency in Shell scripting for system automation and operational efficiency.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing cloud-native solutions across AWS.
  • Hands-on experience with modern frameworks for building scalable, microservices-based architectures.
  • Expertise in security solutions and IAM platforms, including ForgeRock, Kong, siteminder or OIDC.
  • Good knowledge of application security practices (encryption, identity management, access controls, and compliance).
  • Proficiency in CI/CD tools and pipelines for automated build, testing, and deployment.
  • Ability to create and maintain architectural diagrams.
  • Deep understanding of system integration, APIs, and web services (SOAP/REST).
  • Ability to lead technical teams, mentor developers, and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Strong knowledge of AWS services for enterprise deployments.
Preferred Skills:
  • Domain experience in capital markets, providing functional insights into financial systems.
  • Familiarity with Airflow/Autosys for orchestrating and scheduling complex data workflows.
  • Hands-on exposure to DevOps practices, infrastructure-as-code (IaC), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience with agile methodologies, delivering incremental value while managing complexity.
