We are seeking a highly motivated and commercially savvy finance professional to join our Business Finance team. This role will provide strategic and financial leadership for the Emerging Markets business, covering LATAM (Latin America) and APAC (Asia-Pacific) regions. The individual will act as a trusted business partner to regional leadership teams, enabling data-driven decision-making and driving sustainable growth.Key Responsibilities
1. Business Partnering & Strategy
  • Partner with regional commercial and country leadership teams to support strategic initiatives and drive financial performance.
  • Provide financial insights on market trends, competitive dynamics, and business opportunities across LATAM & APAC.
  • Support business expansion, go-to-market strategies, and investment decisions in new and existing markets.
2. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
  • Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes for Emerging Markets.
  • Consolidate and analyze financial results, ensuring accuracy of reporting and alignment with global standards.
  • Deliver variance analysis, profitability assessments, and actionable insights to improve margins and growth.
3. Commercial Finance
  • Evaluate commercial proposals, pricing strategies, distributor margins, and trade investments.
  • Drive ROI analysis for marketing, sales, and promotional activities across diverse markets.
  • Develop financial models to assess growth opportunities, including new product launches, partnerships, and channel expansion.
4. Performance Management
  • Track and monitor key KPIs (revenue, volume, gross margin, operating expenses, working capital).
  • Highlight risks and opportunities to leadership and propose corrective actions.
  • Strengthen governance and compliance across regional business operations.
5. Stakeholder Management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations).
  • Act as a finance liaison between global headquarters and regional/local markets.
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication of business performance to senior management.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, CIMA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent professional qualification.
  • 8-12 years of relevant experience in Business Finance / Commercial Finance / FP&A, preferably in multinational FMCG, Pharma, Consumer, or Tech industries.
  • Strong exposure to Emerging Markets (LATAM & APAC) with multicultural and cross-border experience.
  • Proven expertise in commercial finance, pricing, trade investments, and P&L management.
  • Excellent financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, work in fast-paced environments, and influence senior stakeholders.
