What this Job Entails:The Contracts Administrator III will ensure all contracts are executed both on the vendor and client side in a timely and accurate manner. The hire will also perform key quality reviews to reduce risk working in conjunction with other teams.Scope:Resolves a wide range of issues in creative waysSeasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of their specialityWorks on problems of a diverse scopeReceives little instruction on day to day work, general instruction on new assignmentsYour Roles and Responsibilities:Process contracts according to client policiesPrepare service termination processing via amendmentsMaintain an internal database with pertinent information, including legal documentsAssist in preparation and revision of contracts that involve the purchase of sale of goods and servicesHandle the acquisition, distribution, and store of equipment and suppliesDispose of unclaimed propertyParticipate in proposal planning and administration of contractsPrepare contract briefs and revisions summarizing contractual requirements and budgetsTrack authorizations and correspondence, maintaining detailed and organized filesPrepare contract change notices, monitor contractor performance, including the reporting and status of contractor and owner deliverablesMaintain an audit file for each contract which will include original contract, all correspondence, changes/deviations, amendments, clarifications, payment schedulesPerform closing activities as neededTrack payments and deadlinesAnalyze and mitigate riskOther duties as required.
