Job Description:Recruitment:Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing positions.Build a pipeline of candidates through portals, social media, references, and agencies.Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure timely hiring.Manage offer negotiations and pre-joining engagement.HR Operations:Manage onboarding, documentation, and induction of new hires.Maintain HR databases, attendance, and employee records.Support payroll inputs and statutory compliance coordination.Assist in drafting HR policies and processes.Handle employee engagement initiatives and grievance redressal.Operations Support:Coordinate with different departments for smooth day-to-day operations.Assist in vendor management, office administration, and basic operational tasks as required.Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance, and audit requirements.
