We empower students, graduates, and working professionals to transform their careers and stay future-ready in the ever-evolving digital landscape.About the RoleAs a Video Editor at IIDE, you will be responsible for producing engaging and high-quality video content tailored for social media marketing platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more. You will collaborate with the marketing and production teams to conceptualize, shoot, and edit videos for campaigns, ads, and organic content, ensuring each piece is optimized for different platforms and audiences.Key ResponsibilitiesVideo Editing & Content CreationEdit and assemble raw footage into polished videos for campaigns, ads, and social media content (posts, stories, reels, etc.).Trim footage, input music, dialogues, graphics, and effects.Create multiple cuts and formats of videos optimized for different social media platforms.Work closely with the production team during shoots when required.Design & GraphicsEdit and integrate graphics, text, and other visual elements using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.Ensure visual consistency in style, fonts, images, and tone across content.Collaboration & ExecutionPartner with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative video concepts.Take on additional video-related activities as directed by the reporting manager.Demonstrate flexibility and a go-getter attitude in managing tight deadlines and new challenges.RequirementsMust-Have:Strong knowledge of video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve.Basic proficiency in Adobe design tools – Photoshop and Illustrator.Good communication and collaboration skills.Ability to maintain quality while managing multiple projects.Nice-to-Have:Basic knowledge of shooting (phone or camera).Exposure to digital marketing and social media content trends.Familiarity with basic animation or motion graphics tools.
