Job Description Salary- approx 40 k/month Experience-1-2 yrs Industry-specific- food industry preferable Gender - Male Base location- Ahmedabad Responsibilities Devise procedures to inspect and report quality issues at all work locations Monitor all operations that affect quality Supervise and guide inspectors, technicians and other staff for quality norms and processes Assure the reliability and consistency of production by checking processes and final output Report all malfunctions or non-standard process / production to concerns to ensure immediate action Facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analyzing quality data Review current standards and policies and devise new as per current rules and regulations Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews and relevant documentation Ensure all legal standards are met Finalize vendors and train them to meet the quality standards Conduct quality audit at all work locations and report time to time as per the devised schedule Ensure to follow weight measurement and FSSAI standards across all locations / products Education/Experience Candidate should be either or having experience with below education details Bsc Agriculture Food Technologist 1 - 2 years of relevant experience- Skills: legal compliance,data analysis,auditing,documentation,vendor management,supervision,report writing,food safety standards,data,compliance,inspection,quality assurance,quality control,agriculture
