Worked closely with the front office to manage market borrowings and enhance market access for both short-term and long-term liabilities.
Initiated and managed credit assessments for ABCL, secured enhanced CP and NCD credit limits from marquee institutional investors, addressed investor queries within timelines, and prepared comprehensive pre-meeting notes for senior management.
Coordinated credit committee processes, followed up with lenders, negotiated terms, and managed documentation for corporate bond issuances, ensuring alignment with funding strategy and timelines.
Analyzed competitors’ financials and mutual fund exposures to identify and onboard prospective investors, strengthening ABCL’s investor base.
Managed end-to-end allotment and listing of market borrowings across Commercial Papers (CPs), Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs), and Inter-Corporate Borrowings (ICBs).

External Commercial Borrowings (ECB) and Hedging

Assisted senior members in execution, documentation, and hedging of ECB loans.
Achieved pricing optimization through Bloomberg analytics and market benchmarking.
Performed pricing analysis, monitored ABCL’s OIS portfolio, and tracked macroeconomic trends using Bloomberg Analytics.

Covenant Monitoring and Management Reporting

To prepare ALCO and Board presentations highlighting fixed-income market developments, borrowing cost trends, and liquidity position.
Compiled and analyzed monthly beneficiary positions, quarterly security cover statements, and RBI regulatory returns.
Implemented process automation initiatives, reducing manual dependencies and improving reporting efficiency
