- Prepare master project schedule and update PERT/CPM charts.
- Track physical and financial progress against baseline.
- Integrate contractor work programs into overall PMC schedule.
- Identify bottlenecks, risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
- Prepare dashboards and MIS reports for client review.
- Support resource leveling and optimization.
- Accuracy of scheduling and forecasting.
- Timely reporting of risks and delays.
- Effectiveness of recovery plans implemented.
- Client feedback on clarity of reporting and dashboards.
- Graduate in Civil Engineering with 10-12 years in Project control's experience in the construction of Residential/commercial / institutional buildings, roads and Infrastructure; and exposure to PERT and CPM techniques
- Proficiency in scheduling software (Primavera/MS Project).
- Analytical mindset with forecasting ability.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
- Detail orientation and problem-solving attitude.
