- Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers with the goal of promoting and selling our products or services.
- Use scripts and sales strategies to effectively communicate the features and benefits of our offerings.
- Gather information about customer needs and preferences to tailor the sales pitch accordingly.2. Lead Generation:
