Regular follow-up on orders and delivery status
Payment follow-ups with clients
Maintain strong client communication and relationships
Coordinate with sales and operations teams
Maintain records of orders, payments, and follow-ups
Assist in marketing-related office activitiesRequired Skills:Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong follow-up and coordination abilities
Basic knowledge of marketing processes
MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word, Email handling)
Professional and presentable personalityEligibility Criteria:Experience: 1–4 years in Marketing / Coordination / Client Handling
Qualification: Graduate (preferred)
