Job Title: Telecaller (Loan Department)## Key Responsibilities:1. Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential customers to offer loan products and services.2. Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads for loan products, and follow up on existing leads.3. Meeting Targets: Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for lead generation, conversions, and sales.## Skills and Qualifications:1. Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.2. Sales Orientation: Ability to persuade and convince customers.3. Product Knowledge: Basic understanding of loan products and services.4. CRM Software: Familiarity with CRM software and data management.5.
