What You Will Be Doing Builds out AI & ML capabilities in the team in conjunction with other application architects and key stakeholders to drive business value and improve team productivity through automation Study the existing application architecture and framework Create machine learning models that can assist with basic coding and development Build models that can help with creation of unit and regression test cases of the code Collaborate with developers and QA in the team to develop and test machine learning models Develop Teams capability and knowledge including Tools Capability Actively participate in agile ceremonies including grooming, planning, stand-up, demos, and retrospectives What You Bring A bachelor's degree in computer science or other related discipline or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience 4+ years relative experience as an AI/ML engineer or architect Strong knowledge and programming skills in Python, Scala and/or Java/Javascript Experience with building and training machine learning models Experience in running an Automation scripting Experience with the CI/CD pipeline Experience with Azure or AWS Experience in Snowflake or Microsoft SQL Server databases or databricks Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Working experience preferably in the financial services industry. Knowledge of end-to-end systems, development life cycles, i.e., Waterfall, Iterative, Agile and other modern approaches to software development. Experience of using project management tools like JIRA and Confluence etc Proficiency in solutions design and requirements definition disciplines leveraging model driven design-based tools and techniques including conceptual solution component models, business process models, use cases, etc Other Competencies Fluent in English.
