- Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or a related role.
- Strong research skills and proficiency in using lead generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, ZoomInfo).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and build relationships with potential clients.
- Familiarity with CRM software and email automation tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience with B2B lead generation and outbound prospecting.
