The Growth and Business team at Apna owns user and revenue growth metrics across allbusiness lines candidates and employers. The team has played a key role in Apna’s growthjourney to become a clear market leader in the space within 18 months of product launchovertaking multiple incumbent players. This has been achieved by managing multiple short andlong term levers, such as marketing, sales, search engine or appstore optimization, productchanges and partnerships and tactically thinking through resource and capital allocation, costupside trade-offs and realization timelines across multiple initiatives. We are adding newmembers to the team to augment our existing capabilities and help chart Apna’s next phase ofrapid business growth & product development.About the RoleWe are looking for talented and competitive Business Development folks who thrive in a quicksales cycle environment, who have experience having CXO level business conversations withthe client at higher ticket size and are OK with an Individual role. You will play a fundamentalrole in achieving our ambitious new customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives for theEnterprise model.Requirement1. Selling online enterprise recruitment solutions to corporate clients by assessing their businessrequirements.2. Achieving sales targets through acquisition of new clients and growing business from existingclient.3. Developing a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, socialmedia and other channels.4. Area Mapping, prospecting, negotiation, freezing on commercials and closing of deals withnecessary documentation.5. Prospect relentlessly to build a pipeline and strong personal relationships with prospects.6. Be an evangelist for apna's ecosystem of products and services.7. Being part of a start-up from an early stage, lead your area of expertise and be a part of thisexciting growth journey.Skills Required● Previous experience of at least 4 years in handling large accounts (HRTech backgroundpreferred)
● Stakeholder Management: External client-facing role, managing client expectations, should beable to navigate his/her way to the leadership of the companies.● Good operations and commercial understanding of the business and should be able tonegotiate with the clients.● Good command of communication at least in two languages.● Lead generation to Closure experience.
