Job Overview We are hiring for the role of Plants Operation And Maintenance - STP, WTP, ZLD, FSTP, ETP, And CETP. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job location is Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. This is a full-time position. Qualifications And Skills BE-Electrical or Mechanical Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in operating and maintaining water treatment plants. Strong thinking skills and ability to problem-solve. Skilled multi-tasker with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Strong understanding of engineering principles and plant operations. Ability to optimize operational efficiency and improve plant performance. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Degree in mechanical engineering or a related field. Proficiency in plant operation and maintenance. Experience in the water and environment engineering sector is preferred. Roles and Responsibilities Operate and maintain water treatment plants including STP, WTP, ZLD, FSTP, ETP, and CETP or Relevant experience. Ensure efficient and smooth operation of the plants. Monitor plant performance and address any issues to maintain optimal performance. Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of plant equipment. Troubleshoot and repair any mechanical or electrical issues. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Maintain accurate documentation of plant operating parameters, maintenance activities, and safety records. Collaborate with the engineering team to improve operational efficiency. Train and mentor junior staff members.
