Your role will ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions, while driving best practices and maintaining robust quality assurance processes. With a focus on performance optimization and process compliance, you will contribute significantly to the organization's technology initiatives.(1.) Key Responsibilities
1. Provide Technical Guidance To A Team Of Developers By Defining, Advocating, And Implementing Advanced Coding Standards And Best Practices In C Programming, Thereby Enhancing Their Technical Capabilities And Increasing Productivity.2. Conduct Comprehensive Code Reviews And Establish Quality Assurance Processes, Focusing On Performance Optimization And Ensuring Adherence To Industry Standards For Successful Delivery Of Complex Projects.3. Ensure Process Compliance In Assigned Modules And Actively Participate In Technical Discussions And Reviews, Serving As A Technical Consultant For Feasibility Studies, Including Evaluating Technical Alternatives, Identifying Best Packages, Assessing Technical Risks, And Breaking Down Projects Into Manageable Components.4. Collaborate With Stakeholders To Define Project Scope, Objectives, And Deliverables, And Prepare And Submit Detailed Status Reports To Minimize Exposure And Facilitate The Timely Closure Of Escalations.5.
