Looking for candidates who are target-oriented, have good communication skills and have a good sales network.Zonal Business Head(Exp in Sales &Distribution)Base Locations: North - Delhi and for East - KolkataNumber of years of experience: 10 years to 12 yearsAge preference: 35-45.Educational Qualification: MBA preferred, Graduate compulsory (Please ensure certificates in place from recognized universities) The position will have reportees from the respective regions.Profile Details:(i) Terminal P&L responsibility for the region (ii) End-to-end responsibility of theatre acquisition, maintenance, upgrade, ad revenue generation, ad execution, content acquisition, delivery, equipment and product sale, Impact sale (iii) Create future business heads(iv) Drive Retail ad sales targets under the ZBH (v) Acquire, maintain and improve the quality and size of the digital cinema network. (vi) Run a seamless and profitable, content acquisition and delivery operation. (vii) Maximize the revenue from the network of screens by upselling products and services to these screens and also maximizing the ad sales revenue from the markets controlled by the ZBH (viii) Maintain and improve the size and quality of the network : Maintain and improve competitive advantage @ screens, Improve product quality, expand inventory on and off-screen(ix) Upselling products and services : Projectors, fabrication, sound, solar, bulb, LLU etc.(x) Content acquisition and delivery : Build competitive advantage for local and international content delivery(xi) Retail Ad sales : Ensure theatre level profitability by building retail ad sales revenue specific to local screens - Review with Head Theatre Ops and collaboration with NSH(xii) Warehousing, repair & logistics : Overall responsibility to operate and manage customer expectations and business expansion - review with CTO (ref:updazz.com)
