- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets (B2B, industrial clients).
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customer and win favourability of potential ones.
- Understanding client technical requirements and offer suitable engineering solutions.
- Prepare and present technical proposals and quotations.
- Support contract negotiations and deal closures.
- Keeping track of work status and communicate with clients.
- Collaborate with other departments to plan dispatch.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.
- Monitor market trends and consider demand-supply of materials to refine strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial/other related field); BBA, MBA or Diploma in Marketing is a plus.
- 0 - 3 years of Sales/Marketing experience within engineering or industrial sector
- Strong Understanding of technical products and customer pain points.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, time-management and creativity skills
- Experience in industrial machinery or equipment manufacturing industry is preferred.
