- Lead the vision, strategy, and execution of Oracle HCM and ERP solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Act as a senior advisor to clients, guiding them in optimizing HR, payroll, and workforce operations with Oracle HCM solutions.
- Drive presales initiatives by providing technical and functional expertise to high-value prospects and leading complex sales cycles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design innovative, scalable HCM solutions that adhere to industry best practices.
- Represent Oracle HCM solutions at conferences, forums, and client meetings to promote competitive advantages.
- Partner with executive leadership to refine strategy, identify growth opportunities, and align product offerings with market demands.
- Lead proposal development for large and complex client engagements, communicating clear value propositions and ROI.
- Provide thought leadership on emerging trends in HCM, ERP technologies, and workforce management solutions.
- Mentor and develop presales and solution architect teams, fostering a culture of excellence and client-first mentality.
- Act as a customer advocate, collecting feedback to improve product solutions and service delivery.
- 12–15+ years of experience in Oracle HCM, ERP, or Supply Chain Management with a strong track record in presales and solution delivery.
- Deep expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM/ERPSCM applications and workforce management solutions.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, set strategic vision, and manage large-scale global initiatives.
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite executives and senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design innovative solutions to complex business challenges.
- Ability and willingness to travel globally for client engagements, industry events, and internal collaboration.
- Educational background: B.Tech, MBA, or equivalent from a reputed institution.
- Preferred: Knowledge of competitive Oracle ERP solutions, industry trends, and digital transformation initiatives in HCM.
