We are currently looking for a Director- Oracle HCM Solutions in India.The Director of Oracle HCM Solutions will lead the strategic vision, design, and deployment of enterprise Human Capital Management solutions. This role combines technical expertise with business acumen to guide clients and internal teams in delivering scalable, innovative Oracle HCM solutions. You will influence large-scale projects, foster executive-level relationships, and drive adoption of best practices across HR, payroll, and workforce management processes. The position offers the opportunity to shape enterprise HCM strategies, mentor high-performing teams, and contribute to transformative outcomes in a global, client-focused environment.Accountabilities
  • Lead the vision, strategy, and execution of Oracle HCM and ERP solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Act as a senior advisor to clients, guiding them in optimizing HR, payroll, and workforce operations with Oracle HCM solutions.
  • Drive presales initiatives by providing technical and functional expertise to high-value prospects and leading complex sales cycles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design innovative, scalable HCM solutions that adhere to industry best practices.
  • Represent Oracle HCM solutions at conferences, forums, and client meetings to promote competitive advantages.
  • Partner with executive leadership to refine strategy, identify growth opportunities, and align product offerings with market demands.
  • Lead proposal development for large and complex client engagements, communicating clear value propositions and ROI.
  • Provide thought leadership on emerging trends in HCM, ERP technologies, and workforce management solutions.
  • Mentor and develop presales and solution architect teams, fostering a culture of excellence and client-first mentality.
  • Act as a customer advocate, collecting feedback to improve product solutions and service delivery.
Requirements
  • 12–15+ years of experience in Oracle HCM, ERP, or Supply Chain Management with a strong track record in presales and solution delivery.
  • Deep expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM/ERPSCM applications and workforce management solutions.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, set strategic vision, and manage large-scale global initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite executives and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design innovative solutions to complex business challenges.
  • Ability and willingness to travel globally for client engagements, industry events, and internal collaboration.
  • Educational background: B.Tech, MBA, or equivalent from a reputed institution.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of competitive Oracle ERP solutions, industry trends, and digital transformation initiatives in HCM.
