In May 2023 we took a minority investment from Baird Capital and in January 2024 we opened an office in New York.We have a global delivery model, which means that we staff our projects with talent from all our locations based on the specific combination of skills needed and we have a global resourcing team that drive this within the business.We are seeking sharp, inquisitive professionals to enhance our Consulting team as Senior Analysts, dedicated to addressing complex business challenges. This role is ideal for individuals with a robust background in finance, a deep understanding of business operations, and exceptional communication skills to convey insights effectively. As a Senior Analyst, you will collaborate closely with senior consultants to empower our clients in driving performance through data-driven, actionable insights. Your expertise will play a crucial role in shaping strategic decisions and fostering growth.Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Model Analysis: Deeply understand client operations, identifying key drivers of value and performance to support comprehensive reporting and analysis.
  • Advanced Reporting Analytics: Lead efforts to identify data gaps, process inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities within business processes and reporting systems.
  • Insight Translation: Capture and interpret complex client requirements, translating them into detailed reporting and dashboarding needs for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Client Engagement: Facilitate workshops and discussions with clients to gain insights into their goals and challenges, demonstrating how data solutions can address their specific needs.
  • KPI Definition & Performance Monitoring: Collaborate with teams to define, track, and analyse key financial and operational performance indicators, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  • Dashboard Development: Design and develop dashboard mock-ups and wireframes using tools like Excel or Power BI, ensuring data is presented in a clear and impactful manner.
  • In-Depth Data Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial and operational data analysis, identifying trends and insights, while mentoring junior team members.
  • Professional Communication: Clearly and professionally communicate findings, ideas, and progress through structured written documents and engaging verbal presentations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work effectively with colleagues across various regions and time zones, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve project goals.
  • 3+ year of experience in Data analysis, Power Bi or any related field.
  • Strong understanding of financial concepts, including P&L management, and key performance indicators (KPIs), with the ability to apply this knowledge strategically.
  • Proficient in both verbal and written communication, capable of conveying complex ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences. • Proven ability to analyse data critically, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to address complex business challenges.
  • A keen interest in understanding how businesses function and grow, with a focus on leveraging data to drive performance improvements. • Expertise in Microsoft Excel for advanced data manipulation and analysis; familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or SQL for data visualization and reporting is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment, fostering collaboration and driving projects to successful completion. • Strong attention to detail and the ability to think critically and systematically, ensuring accuracy and clarity in analysis and reporting.
  • Experience in guiding and mentoring junior team members, fostering their development and enhancing team performance.
