- Salesforce QA Expertise:
- Proven experience testing Salesforce applications
- Strong functional testing skills (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.)
- Experience validating Salesforce configurations, workflows, and integrations
- Test Planning & Execution:
- Ability to create detailed test plans, test scenarios, and test cases
- Perform end-to-end functional testing and regression testing
- Clear understanding of business requirements to ensure test coverage
- Automation Testing:
- Hands-on experience developing and maintaining automated test scripts
- Familiarity with automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Provar, Katalon, etc.)
- Tools & Processes:
- Experience using test management and defect tracking tools
- Experience testing integrations and complex system workflows
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Team player with a proactive approach and strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in rotational night shifts (mandatory)
- Agile/Scrum:
- Experience working in Agile teams and participating in sprint ceremonies
- Salesforce Automation Tool Proficiency: (e.g., Selenium, Provar, TOSCA, Katalon)
- Salesforce Certifications: Administrator or QA certifications
- Cloud Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Data Cloud
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools for QA automation
- Design test processes and procedures to ensure compliance with functional requirements
- Create detailed, comprehensive, and structured test plans and cases
- Implement and execute test plans, including manual and automated testing
- Evaluate system functionality for fitness against business requirements
- Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline testing
- Work closely with developers, product owners, and BAs to understand requirements and resolve defects
- Proactively identify and communicate obstacles or risks to avoid delays
- Contribute to planning and execution of release activities
- Participate in story grooming and test estimation activities during Agile ceremonies
- Maintain flexibility to support rotational night shifts as needed
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong interest in continuous learning, ownership, and cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in high-pressure environments
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
