Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Special Education Teacher at IGNITIO. As a special education teacher, you will be responsible for working with children who have disabilities, providing them with support and guidance in their learning and development. Your day-to-day tasks will include creating individualized education plans, adapting lesson plans to meet each child's needs, implementing behavior management strategies, and collaborating with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care for each child. Qualifications Experience working with children with disabilities Knowledge of special education practices and techniques Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to create and implement individualized education plans Patience, empathy, and understanding for children with diverse needs Experience in teaching middle school students A degree in Special Education or a related field is preferred Additional certifications or training in specific disabilities is beneficial
