Build, manage, and optimize GoHighLevel automations and workflows
Implement AI-driven automation systems to improve marketing and operational efficiency
Test all automations rigorously to ensure accuracy, performance, and zero errors before deployment
Create and maintain detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and workflow documentation
Collaborate with internal teams and communicate directly with clients when required
Maintain consistent responsiveness and clear communication across all projects
Continuously improve systems for scalability, efficiency, and performance

Requirements

Must-Have:

Proven hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL)
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to work 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (strict requirement)
High attention to detail with a strong quality control mindset
Experience documenting workflows and building SOPs
Ability to manage multiple automation projects simultaneously
Spanish language skills
Nice-to-Have:

Experience working in a marketing agency environment
Familiarity with automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, or Make (Integromat)
Understanding of paid advertising platforms (Meta Ads)
