Key Responsibilities:- Proactively identify and target potential clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects within target industries.- Understand client staffing needs and offer customized workforce solutions, including temporary, contract, and permanent staffing.- Collaborate with recruiters to align candidate sourcing strategies with client requirements.- Conduct client meetings, deliver presentations, and negotiate service agreements.- Build long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.- Keep up-to-date with labor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.- Maintain accurate records of business development activities using CRM software.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.- Proven experience (2+ years) in business development or sales within the staffing or recruitment industry.- Strong understanding of staffing models, recruitment processes, and workforce solutions.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Self-driven and goal-oriented, with the ability to work under minimal supervision.- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Salesforce, Zoho).- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications:- Existing network of HR and hiring decision-makers.- Experience selling both temporary and permanent staffing services.- Familiarity with specific industry sectors (e.g., IT, healthcare, industrial, or administrative staffing) (ref:updazz.com)
