Chief Manager - Financial Reporting- Life Insurance- 8+ Years - GurgaonWe're hiring a seasoned Chartered Accountant with 8-10 years of post-qualification experience in the life insurance industry, specializing in financial and regulatory reporting, group consolidation, statutory audits, SEBI/IRDAI compliances, Indian GAAP, accounting standards, and internal controls. If you thrive on accuracy, compliance, stakeholder management, and system/process enhancements-this role is tailored for youLocation: Gurgaon (On-site)Your Future Employer: A leading, growth-focused financial services organization in India committed to robust governance, best-in-class compliance, and continuous process excellence.Responsibilities * Driving group reporting and preparing consolidation-ready financials (IND AS compliant), while coordinating with the Holding Company for queries and data needs.

Managing regulatory reporting (I-GAAP & IND AS) to IRDAI, including BAP submissions, public disclosures, Life Council reporting, new business certificates, BAP operational tasks, and ad-hoc requirements.
Leading quarterly statutory audits with joint statutory auditors (including a Big 4 firm) and ensuring timely closures.
Maintaining and updating the Internal Control Framework (ICF) in line with evolving processes and system changes.
Ensuring timely SEBI compliances for listed debentures and maintaining impeccable documentation.
Planning and overseeing finance projects, tracking milestones, budgets, and risks to on-time delivery.
Liaising with IT and business for system enhancements, testing requirements, evaluating new changes, providing CRs, and driving defect resolution.

Requirements * Chartered Accountant (CA) with 8-10 years of relevant post-qualification experience.

Proven life insurance experience in financials and regulatory reporting.
Strong knowledge of IND AS, accounting standards, SEBI and IRDAI regulations.
Demonstrated experience in group reporting, statutory audit management, internal controls, and compliance.
Collaborative communicator with excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
