- Acquisition of New Enterprise Clients. Focusing on growing active accounts from existing value to their true potential. Should be able to Win back lost accounts.
- Mapping the relevant stakeholders and the requirements of enterprise clients. And provide them with the best solution to meet their recruitment / Employer branding needs effectively.
- Make visits to clients to identify opportunities for growth within and create and maintain relationships with the clients to better understand them.
- Achieving sales objectives and revenue targets by selling and up-selling, and cross-selling varied offerings including employer branding options. sales management to drive both volume and value business.
- Provide training to existing clients to enhance the usage of the platform services.
- Sales Analysis, Usage review, and planning vis-Ã -vis product analysis on a Quarterly basis to arrive at the action plan for the new quarter.
- Closely monitoring competitor activities and assisting in planning counter strategies.
- Work cross-functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers' success.
- Manage all reporting about the health of customers' accounts.
- Must be a Graduate/Postgraduate
- Should have experience of minimum 2 year in B2B field sales with hands-on experience of the entire sales cycle including after-sales service and renewal of existing active accounts.
- Internet-savvy and working knowledge in MS Office.
- Should have demonstrated experience in handling value-based / solution sales. Preferred industry experience is from HR Solution and HR Tech Industry / Consulting, Media, Solution Selling Background, Office Automation, BFSI, Telecom, Dot Com, etc.
- Must have strong interpersonal skills, networking skills, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Should be a Team player who can integrate with the sales team.
- An aggressive personality, driven by performance would be a good fit for this role.
