A Day in Your Life at MKS:
As a Sr. Electrical Engineer (Test Fixture Designer) at MKS Global Capability Center Bangalore, you will partner with R&D teams across MKS PSD Business Units to design and deliver functional PCBA fixtures.You Will Make an Impact By:

Design and deliver functional PCBA fixtures that complement ICT (in-Circuit-Test) to assist in validation, troubleshooting, and repair of contract manufacturer PCBA's.
Work closely with the board and system electrical designers to duplicate and document existing test fixtures and define test parameters and strategy to enable multi-sourcing opportunities.
Complete documentation of designs conforming to MKS documentation standards including design package sufficient to replicate the fixture (schematics, photographs, interconnection diagrams, sheet metal & machine parts drawings, theory of operation, and procedure in MS Word or MS PowerPoint).

Skills You Bring:

Experience required: 5+ years post educational degree
Extensive understanding of electrical circuits. Ability to read PCBA schematics.
Experience with Altium schematic capture. Board layout experience preferred.
Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint skills for documentation.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Ability to assemble harnesses, solder breadboards, design sheet metal panels.
LabView / Python programming experience preferred.
