Associate Director - Markets

• Minimum of 5-8 years of work experience (preferably in operations roles)
• Minimum 3 years experience in a Fintech with hand-on experience in operations/trading/exchange/brokers
• Prior experience in process design and operations implementation
• Prior leadership experience (experience in managing team of 10+ members)
• Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize in order to meet daily, weekly, and long-term requirements and goals
• Data analytics skills / should be comfortable working with SQL and excellent proficiency in Google Spreadsheets or MS excel. Should have the intuition to use data effectively for devising operations strategy
• Structured problem solving, detail oriented and customer first attitude.
• Knowledge of supervisory techniques to manage, motivate and train employees
• The candidate should have entrepreneurial attitude / should be a go-getter
• Must have attention to detail and critically think through and resolve problems
• Must have ability to multi-task, manage multiple accounts and establish priorities.
• Bachelor's Degree
• Interest in crypto assets/trading is a plus

• Ensuring all teams have SOPs and processes designed for them to ensure smooth trade, listings, de-listings and crypto deposit/withdrawals
• Designing systems and processes to ensure Health of the Trade Products
• Collaborating with product, analytics, customer service, internal and external stakeholders to ensure processes are followed
• Daily Troubleshooting - Keeping track of all issues and taking immediate action to mitigate issues and smooth operations
• Understanding ad hoc issues and provide solutions to team as well as communicate to community/CX team
• Extracting insights from data regarding all processes and TAT
• Creating and documenting SOPs across operations and ensuring adherence to the same
• Improvising throughput, TAT as well as identify and solve for bottlenecks across trade, listings, market making and de-listings.
