- Business Development & Sales:
- Identify and engage with Indian corporates, MNCs, startups, and foreign investors needing ECB, FDI, or ODI advisory or compliance services.
- Pitch structured solutions and consulting offerings to clients in line with RBI/FEMA regulations.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets for advisory and execution mandates.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build long-term relationships with CFOs, finance heads, legal and compliance teams of client organizations.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients on inbound and outbound capital flows.
- Advisory Collaboration:
- Coordinate with internal legal, regulatory, and structuring teams to propose compliant and optimized solutions for:
- ECB – raising foreign debt
- FDI – foreign equity inflows
- ODI – Indian investments in overseas JVs/WOSs
- Documentation & Compliance:
- Educate clients on RBI/FEMA compliance requirements (e.g., Form FC-GPR, Form ODI, LRN filings, etc.).
- Liaise with banks, RBI, and regulatory bodies as needed for execution support.
- Market Intelligence & Reporting:
- Stay up to date with changing RBI/FEMA regulations, international tax, and structuring trends.
- Submit sales pipeline and status reports to the leadership team
