Department: Sales & Business DevelopmentKey Responsibilities: * Strategic Sales Leadership:
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with the company's objectives for organic fertilizers and botanical pesticides.
- Drive sales growth by identifying new markets, customers, and partnerships.
- Ensure consistent achievement of sales targets across all working areas.
- Market Outreach & Client Engagement:
- Travel frequently to working areas to connect with distributors, retailers, and end-users (farmers).
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to highlight the benefits of Terra Agro Biotech's products.
- Act as the face of the company in key markets, fostering trust and long-term relationships with clients.
- Team Management & Development:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the performance of regional sales teams.
- Provide training and guidance to enhance team productivity and product knowledge.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor and support team activities.
- Market Analysis & Reporting:
- Gather market intelligence on competitor products, pricing, and strategies.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports, highlighting performance, challenges, and actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to adjust strategies based on market insights.
- Operational Excellence:
- Ensure adherence to all company policies, compliance requirements, and ethical practices.
- Optimize sales processes and streamline operations to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- 8+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in the agricultural inputs industry.
- Strong understanding of organic fertilizers, botanical pesticides, and sustainable farming solutions.
- Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and advanced MS Office skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively and work in diverse agricultural markets.
