Job Description Monitors business trends and product availability to pay the best price for company goods and services without sacrificing quality or delivery times Responsible for purchasing chemicals of various categories like amines, solvents, Petrochemicals and Fatty Acid. Nurtures relationships with suppliers (Domestic and Global) to negotiate the best prices for company and controls price bidding Identifies and researches potential new suppliers Researches new products and services to meet company's goals Assesses total costs of company purchases Develops and implements strategies for procuring, storing, and distributing goods or services and maintaining stock levels Well versed with setting checkpoints, formats, processes and systems in place Technically sound and well versed with the tendering process Well versed with current market trends and ability to procure in Fuzzy Areas and able manage all Products Establish a balance between process and reality Robust mechanism, logistics and governance of backend support Vendor development and management
